Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and order size. Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, larger orders, major festivals like Diwali, or any restrictions by Government Authority.
Order Tracking
All orders are fully trackable. Tracking details will be automatically sent to your registered email address and mobile number at the time of dispatch. Once you receive the tracking number, you can monitor your shipment directly on the courier’s website and opt for automatic updates.

Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners will make up to three delivery attempts. In most cases, the delivery personnel will contact you to confirm your availability. If a delivery fails after multiple attempts, the shipment will be marked as undeliverable and returned to us.
