While most of our customers share the same commitment, we’ve noticed an increase in unconfirmed or refused COD orders. These create unnecessary costs and delays, which ultimately impact the service quality for all customers.

To ensure smooth and reliable deliveries, we have introduced a simple verification process for all COD orders.

COD Verification Process

  • Once you place a COD order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm your purchase.
  • Orders must be confirmed within 3 days of placement.
  • If confirmation is not received within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled and a notification will be sent to your registered contact.

Important Notes

  • If your shipping address appears incomplete or invalid, we may reach out for clarification. If details remain unresolved, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
  • Customers who frequently refuse or do not confirm COD orders may be restricted from using the COD payment option in the future.
  • To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend opting for prepaid payment methods for faster and hassle-free processing.
