Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility
- Request must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared via WhatsApp or email.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by us where possible.
Exchange Terms
- First exchange (size issue, wrong item, or defective product) is free of cost.
- If the replacement product has a higher price, the difference must be paid online.
- For a second exchange, a handling fee of ₹100 applies.
Refund Policy
- Verified manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect product shipped.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Important Note
Please record an unboxing video when opening your parcel. This helps us validate any claims regarding damages or missing items.
If the package appears damaged on delivery, kindly refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placement.
Since every Veda Wear product is made-to-order and printed only after your purchase, cancellations beyond this window are not possible.
This process ensures zero wastage and sustainable production. We truly value your understanding.
Product Care & Disclaimer
- Washed, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Damage caused due to mishandling (e.g., cutting packaging with sharp objects) will not qualify for support.
- Slight variations in color, print, or texture may occur due to digital displays and lighting. These are not considered defects.
- Follow the care instructions provided to maintain product quality.
