We accept returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be shared via WhatsApp or email for verification.
Reverse pickup will be arranged by us where possible.
Due to higher logistics and handling costs, hoodies are eligible for exchange, return only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or if an incorrect item is delivered.
Returns and refunds are not applicable for hoodies in cases of Size Exchange.
All hoodie exchanges are processed only after the item passes quality inspection.
Size Exchange:
As all our products are made to order, we offer only one exchange for size-related issues.
Please check the size chart available on the product page very carefully before placing your order. No further size exchanges will be possible after the first exchange.
Wrong Item or Manufacturing Defect:
If you receive a wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, the exchange will be free of cost.
In such cases, please contact our support team within the specified time frame with clear images for verification.
Price Difference (if applicable):
If the replacement item is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid online before dispatch.
Additional Exchanges:
Any request beyond the eligible exchange policy will attract a handling fee of ₹100, subject to approval.
Refunds are issued only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or if an incorrect product was shipped.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Please record an unboxing video when opening your parcel. This helps validate any claims related to damage or missing items.
If the package appears tampered or damaged at delivery, please refuse acceptance and inform us immediately.
Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placement.
All Vedawear products are made-to-order and printed only after purchase. Cancellations beyond this window are not possible.
This approach helps reduce wastage and supports sustainable production.
Washed, worn, or damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damage caused by mishandling, such as cutting packaging with sharp objects, will not qualify for support.
Minor variations in color, print, or texture may occur due to lighting conditions and screen differences. These are not considered defects.
Please follow the care instructions provided with your garment to maintain quality.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
