We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer a hassle-free exchange.
We offer a 03-Day Exchange Policy, which means you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
The item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
Please share receipt or proof of purchase, along with a product image & video via WhatsApp.
All exchanges and returns are accepted only if reported within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange requests due to size issues or wrong products must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
We will exchange the item for the correct size or correct product of the same value with no extra charges and will arrange reverse pickup.
If the exchanged product has a higher price, the difference must be paid online.
The product must be properly packed, folded, and returned with the original sticker label attached. Improper returns will not be processed.
Refunds are only provided in genuine cases involving manufacturing defects.
Email or WhatsApp our team with your order ID, issue details, and supporting photos or video of the defective item.
Unbox your package carefully. If damage occurs while opening with sharp objects, no refund or exchange will be allowed without a video or image of the courier cover.
In exceptional return approvals (no defect or wrong item), ₹100 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping charges.
Please note: Slight variations in color/design may occur due to digital representation and lighting. Returns are not accepted for such minor differences.
If it is found upon verification that the defect was caused by customer handling, no refund will be issued.
Do not accept packages that are visibly damaged during delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if the item does not meet the return criteria.
Only one exchange/return request is allowed per order.
If a second exchange is requested as an exception, ₹100 will be charged additionally.
Used or washed products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 3 hours of placing it by emailing [email protected] or sending WhatsApp to +91-8981336288.
Orders cannot be cancelled after 3 hours as processing begins immediately to ensure timely delivery.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to your original payment account within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
We are committed to delivering excellent service and maintaining professional, respectful interactions.
In case of customer errors (wrong size, color, product), we will assist professionally.
However, we do not tolerate abusive language or behavior. Such conduct may result in termination of communication.
Please cooperate and help us maintain a respectful environment for all parties involved.
If a customer refuses to accept the package at delivery, ₹150 will be deducted from the refund, as we bear the cost of forward and return shipping.
All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in West Bengal only.
